Emaar Turkey’s first project Tuscan Valley, located in Büyükçekmece, includes recreational and social spaces for residents as well as a wide range of community amenities. The first phase handovers were completed and life has commenced in Tuscan Valley in 2009.

Inspired by the Tuscan architectural style, and enriched with the magnificent view of Büyükçekmece Lake and Marmara Sea, Tuscan Valley Project includes 524 luxury units including villas, apartments, townhouses that are sized from 149 to 940 m2 and set in 12 different types. The project is located in the western part of Istanbul, just  20 minutes from Atatürk International Airport and 50 minutes from the city centre, and covers 1.7 million sq metres. The whole project reflects an authentic Tuscan experience, from its building stones to its texture and its flavor to its culture and will be completed in 4 different phases.

The Sports and Life Club of Tuscan Valley, “Dolce Vita”, has been opened in November 2009. ”Dolce Vita” is considered to be the largest club in the region with the size of 16,000 square meters in total and 5,400 square meters of indoor space; offering world class facilities to all of its members. The world-famous Spanish Health & Fitness Club, Essporto, will be managing the club which includes a fitness center, indoor-outdoor swimming pools, tennis, squash, and basketball courts, mini football fields and many other amenities.
