5. Term of Storage

In accordance with the relevant legislation, records regarding the withdrawal of the approval shall be retained for a 1-year period starting from the date of withdrawal and all the other records regarding the content of electronic transmission and the communication itself shall be retained for a 3-year period, for the purposes of providing them to the relevant Ministry when requested. Upon the expiry of this period, your Personal Information shall be deleted and exterminated by us or upon your request or shall become anonymus.
